Courses and Classes for Maths Challenges and Olympiads
This page is full of live classes that focus on developing problem-solving skills that will help students prepare for the Junior Maths Challenge, Kangaroo and Olympiad and similar competitions around the world.
Mathsaurus offers two types of lesson. There are 'classes' that can be booked as single lessons that you can attend as often as you like. There are also structured 'courses' that must be booked as a set of lessons offered at various times of year.
All Mathsaurus classes are tuaght by expert tutors via Zoom, and Kevin currently teaches most of the classes for this age group himself. After booking you will receive Zoom links to the lessons, and after each lesson you will be e-mailed a pdf with the work covered.

Maths Challenge and Olympiad Classes - All Year Round
The classes in this section can be booked individually so you can attend when it's most convenient. For the best value take a package of 5 or 10 classes that you can use whenever you are ready. Regular
Push yourself beyond the maths you learn in school and prepare for maths challenges.
Classes marked 'regular' contain challenging problems at the level needed to achieve a Silver/Gold in the UKMT Junior Maths Challenge and similar competitions around the world.
Advanced
Master the hardest maths challenge problems and qualify for the follow-on rounds.
Classes marked 'advanced' will focus on problems at the level needed to achieve Gold in the Junior Maths Challenge and and to qualify for the follow-on rounds or do well in the Kangaroo.
Olympiad
Olympiad level classes cover some of the hardest problems available for students in this age group.
Problems will include those at the standard of the hardest JMC and Kangaroo problems as well as short and long answer Olympiad questions.
